Michael J. Clemente is "of counsel" to the firm. He practices in the areas of
personal injury, construction accidents, divorce, child custody, criminal law,
bankruptcy, immigration, real estate, and appellate practice. He is licensed to
practice law in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, the Eastern and Southern
Districts of New York, and the Federal Districts of New Jersey and Connecticut.
Mr. Clemente received his Bachelor's of Science from Boston College in 1994 and
subsequently attended Pace School of Law in White Plains, New York. He been
admitted to practice law since 1998.
Mr. Clemente started working in a law firm the summer after his first year of
law school. This included extensive work in motion practice, discovery, and
appellate work. He eventually moved on to work in Nyack, New York, White
Plains, New York, Pearl River, New York, Maywood, New Jersey, and Maspeth, New
York. His work brings him all over the five boroughs of New York, Nassau,
Suffolk, Rockland, Westchester, Orange, Dutchess, Putnam, and most of New
Jersey and Connecticut.
