in New York City. Manuel Portela was interviewed regarding the
Administrative Code regulation that states it is illegal for a
civilian to be in possession of handcuffs.

rules regarding commercial and corporate litigation.

Manuel Portela appeared as a guest and legal expert to discuss the

case against Combs and the likely outcome of the case.

A fourteen year old boy found guilty of second degree murder for the
shooting death of his middle school English teacher. Manuel Portela
appeared as guest and legal expert regarding the issue whether gun
manufacturers should be sued for the unlawful acts of owners of
firearms.

stages of the trial of Sarah Plumb, a 16 year old who was tried for
committing masked and armed robbery of a convenient store to support
her heroin habit.
